Hi! I'm Darcy Eikenberg, ACC. I'm passionately focused on helping aspiring, growth-oriented leaders create breakthroughs that accelerate their talents and ideas to whole new levels for their organizations. I also love to work with results-oriented teams to help them communicate more honestly, become more productive, and apply the best of each person's contributions in ways that create better-than-expected results.

More About Darcy Eikenberg
Before founding Coach Darcy LLC, Darcy was a Principal, internal coach, and senior communication consultant at Hewitt Associates, the world's leading human resources consulting firm. She also led Hewitt's Communication Consulting business in the Southeast United States , responsible for developing successful people and teams, helping clients create better results, and managing a healthy, growing business.
While at Hewitt, Darcy created and launched an innovative Associate Coaching program, designed to support associate retention and growth in ways that made a tangible difference to the company and to its clients. She coached associates one-on-one, plus coached teams responsible for serving multi-million dollar, complex client relationships. As part of the coaching program, Darcy also wrote a weekly blog for managers and team leaders to offer them quick, practical insights and tools they could use from today’s professional coaching world. In addition to her leadership experience, Darcy designed several learning initiatives for emerging leaders and people managers at Hewitt. Those activities included creating
a comprehensive leadership development course for successor candidates covering key topics including financial acumen, negotiation, managing others, and strengthening personal presence. She also led year-long, bite-sized learning programs for people managers, helping managers across the country access information quickly so they could make better decisions and take action.

In her consulting roles, Darcy’s passion centered on building employee experiences that improved employee attraction and retention. A dynamic facilitator and accomplished project leader in addition to her expertise in communication and change management, she has worked with clients' teams at companies such as Wachovia, The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot, Biogen Idec, and Verizon.
Darcy currently serves as President-Elect on the Board of the Georgia Coach Association, growing coaching's professional presence in the state and local community. She is actively involved in the International Coach Federation and is a member of its Internal Coaching Special Interest Group. She also serves as a mentor through the national Menttium program, in addition to mentoring many colleagues and former clients who look to her for counsel and support.Before joining Hewitt, Darcy served as the director of communication for the Association of National Advertisers in New York City Northwestern University Evanston , Illinois.
